Alberta is one of the provinces in Canada and participating under PNP of Canada which is called AINP i.e. Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program.

Through AINP Program, Alberta selecting the skilled worker professional belongs to those Occupations which are in demand in Alberta. This is totally Alberta Call, whether the province will show their interest in your profile to apply with the AINP Program or not.

STREAM UNDER AINP

There are total of 3 streams coming under AINP of Canada:

• Opportunity Stream- Alberta

This stream is for those who are already working in Alberta with the minimum Eligibility criteria of this stream.

There are 2 streams which has already terminated or closed after it’s replaced by Alberta Opportunity Stream on 14th June 2018 mentioned below:

• Strategic Recruitment Stream

• Employer- Driven Stream

• Express Entry Stream- Alberta

Under this stream Alberta selecting the Candidates who already having an Express Entry Profile and who are coming under the needs of the Alberta Province.

• Self- Employed Farmer Stream- Alberta

This stream is for those candidates who are having a farming experience and who want to purchase and develop the farms in Alberta Province.

IMPORTANT POINT ABOUT AINP

• From 1st October 2020, Alberta has introduced new online portal to apply for Alberta Express Entry and Opportunity Stream.

• Before there was no fee to apply under AINP, but now after introduction of online portal, Every Candidate has to pay an Application fee of 500 CAD from on or after 1st October 2020.

• Alberta Selecting Candidates on a very low CRS Score of 300 or more.
